Clinical Practice Resources from the OncoPRO Initiative Now Available on PROTEUS Website

PROTEUS is pleased to announce new resources for using PROs in clinical practice available on our website, through a collaboration with the OncoPRO Initiative. OncoPRO supports oncology practices in designing, onboarding, monitoring, and sustaining PRO use in clinical settings. The OncoPRO resources complement the PROTEUS-Practice Guide, offering additional guidance and support for the effective use of PROs in practice.

The new resources include a video from the American Cancer Society that explains remote symptom monitoring to patients, links to key publications, and information on integrating PROs with various electronic health records. (Note: Both OncoPRO and PROTEUS are vendor agnostic and non-commercial.) OncoPRO is funded by the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI).
